Shipping policy
By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging.
Shade Policy: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or refund requests for opened products on the basis of an incorrect/non-matching shade. The tools we provide on our website to help gauge your correct shade are for guidance only. We are not responsible for replacing, exchanging, returning or refunding products that are not a correct color match.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@toy.co(link opens in new tab/window) to set up an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage.
For general returns of unopened products, a return ticket must be opened within 24 hours of delivery (based on available tracking info) - note that refund/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering. The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for return packages that get lost, stolen or damaged. All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owing.
FOR RETURNS OF ITEMS PURCHASED BY OTHER RETAILERS: If you wish to return an item purchased from Antrhopologie, Ipsy, The Jilly Box, Boxycharm, FabFitFun, or any other retailer other than our website, you must contact the specific retailer where your order was made for returns/exchanges/refunds.
PAO Policy: we will not accept returns or exchanges if your order was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return/exchange request date.
Sale Policy: During sale events, including The Summer Sale and Black Friday/Cyber Monday, all sales are final and no refunds shall be granted for any reason, aside from product damage.
We offer free shipping on all USA and Canada orders over $40 USD. We ship WORLDWIDE! For other international countries, free shipping is available on purchases over $100 USD.
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. For Canada orders, please allow up to 5 additional business days for shipping. For USA orders, please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipping. For international orders, please allow up to 10 additional business days for shipping. Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes significantly, but many aspects of shipping are out of our control.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING CONCERNS:
- Mistakes made by the customer in their shipping information. If you provide us with the wrong address or forget to include any necessary address information, including but not limited to an apartment/condo number, the customer is responsible for paying for a new shipping label to re-ship the product.
- Stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that can safely receive orders.
- Declined customs/duties charges. Dew will not cover the cost of customs, duties or taxes for any orders.
- Packages delivered in error to a neighbor. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with their neighbors and retrieve any packages delivered there accidently.
- Packages delivered to a UPS access center instead of the customer's home. If UPS is unable to reach you for delivery for ANY REASON, they may take your order to the nearest UPS access point. Toyfactory will not be responsible for coordinating pickup or delivery after this point. It is your responsibility to use the tracking information provided to locate your shipment. If you are unable to find your tracking info, you must reach out to us at hello@toy.co to retrieve it.
IF YOUR ORDER IS DECLINED/RETURNED TO SENDER FOR ANY REASON:
- The customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label to have the order shipped again.
- If you decide to abandon your order for any reason and it is returned to us, your order will be refunded, however a 25% restocking fee will be applied, as well as a $15 USD shipping charge for the original label if your original order received free shipping.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES!
- Toyfactory uses UPS as our shipping provider. UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box address, we are not responsible for any costs associated with re-routing or re-sending your order. YOUR ORDER *WILL* BE RETURNED TO US, YOU WILL *NOT* RECEIVE IT IF YOU USE A PO BOX. Once we receive your order back to us, we will provide you with an alternative shipping option. You will need to pay for a new shipping label. If you decline, we will cancel your order and will apply a 25% fee to cover the original shipping cost of the first delivery attempt.
